It’s also missing that game’s best mode: War Mode, one of the best modes in any COD game ever. It has the trappings of a WWII game but still doesn’t really feel like one the way that Sledgehammer’s previous title, Call Of Duty: WWII, felt. It’s a game that doesn’t seem to know quite what it wants to be. MORE FROM FORBES 'Call Of Duty: Vanguard' Multiplayer Impressions - The Good, The Bad And The Ugly By Erik Kain In a small map, 24v24 will make things pretty nuts-but in bigger maps you kind of need large player counts for it to make sense-which is actually one of my biggest gripes with the game. Obviously the higher the player count the more chaotic the conflicts. There will also be the new “Combat Pacing” system which is really just about the size of lobbies: OPERATORS (Each will have 1 finishing move) There’s also the new Patrol mode, which is like a mobile Hardpoint, which you can see in action in the video below: These range in size from the truly way-too-big-for-Call Of Duty map, Red Star, to the much tighter Eagle’s Nest. There are four maps, all of which I detail in my impressions post here. Players on all platforms will play on the same maps and modes and cross-play will be enabled. Note: Only Intel/AMD processors are supported at this time.

OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest Service Pack).
